What’s your return policy?
We gladly accept returns on non-sale items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returnable items and their original packaging must be in unused condition with tags attached. All sales are final on custom items and special orders.

Wedding Invitations? Yes, Your wedding day is one of the most important events in your life. We believe it deserves our full attention. By making an appointment we can plan ahead to have enough staff in the store so there are no interruptions while we work on your invitations.
Pointe Shoe Fittings: Please do make an appointment to have a fitting. A quick Q & A on the phone before you come in will help us to be more prepared for your specific needs. Setting a convenient time to come in again helps us to give you our undivided attention.
